Shipping

All Orders Ship UPS Ground. Most orders leave our California warehouse within 48 hours however please allow 7-10 business days for shipping.  You will receive a UPS Tracking number via e-mail as soon as your order ships. 

Refund Policy 

At My Safety Packs it is our goal to always satisfy our customer.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product you have ordered please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order.  We will gladly refund the product total when the products have been returned (with the exception of food and water items which may not be resold according to law).  Note:  All returns must have a Return Authorization Number.  All products must be returned unopened and in resellable condition.  Shipping charges will not be refunded on returns.  

Returns

We will email or fax you a Return Authorization Number.  Carefully repack the item with all instructions and documentation in its original container and mail it back by prepaid UPS. If a package is refused or returned to us unopened the customer will be charged a restocking fee of 12% of the order amount and/or pay shipping cost to reship order. If an item(s) is defective, we will replace the item and pay for the return shipping.  If an item is damaged by UPS during shipment, it is our customers responsiblity to contact UPS directly.  Insurance is issued free up to $100 however a customer who chooses to purchase insurance for coverage over $100 must pay for it in advance.
